I have recently ordered two bouquets from yourselves for two very different occasions; one a celebration and one for a family grievance. On both occasions you surpassed yourselves in not only excellent customer service, but on a prompt and friendly delivery. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate this, and I shall certainly be using you again (no other florists has impressed me so much!).
