Terms and Conditions for Easy Flower UK

Delivery Information

All Easy Flowers bouquets are made fresh at our studios, we do not buy in pre made bouquets. On receiving your order the bouquet is made by our own florists and providing the order is received by 15.30 hrs it can be sent out for next day deliver.

Courier delivery.  We can guarantee delivery on the requested delivery date. (Subject to adverse weather conditions beyond our control).
 
Royal Mail deiveries are sent via 1st class post and the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Between 95% and 98% of all deliveries will arrive on time but some may take an extra  day. Especially to certain remote areas or delays due to adverse weather conditions which are beyond our control.

To ensure that your bouquet arrives on time we suggest that you allow an extra 24 hours for delivery or alternatively select our "non postal bouquets". If delivery is vital for 9th July, select 8th july as requested delivery date.
Deliveries requested for a Monday may arrive 2 days early on the Saturday.
 
We do request that the Royal Mail leave your bouquet safe or with a neighbour, if your recipient is not in, but this is down to the address location and the discretion of the individual postman. He may have to return the bouquet to the local post office for later collection.

Easy Flower cannot deliver to P O Box numbers.

Delivery to offices can normally only be made Mon-Fri. If a delivery misses the Friday slot then it will not be delivered until Monday.

In the event of abnormal supply difficulties or consignments of flowers being rejected due to not meeting our quality control standards, we reserve the right to substitute goods and packaging of equal value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We deliver to all postal addresses in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Europe and N.Ireland.

All our bouquets are tied by hand and packed in a presentation gift box. Every bouquet is individual as they are all hand made to order.

ANY standard delivery ORDERS FOR A MONDAY DELIVERY MAY ARRIVE UP TO 2 DAYS EARLY.

 

Please ensure the correct address including post code is entered as we will not be held responsible for flowers which are not delivered due to an incorrect address

If selecting a delivery address to businesses, schools and govenment departments, please select a Mon-Fri delivery as there is not always someone to recieve the flowers on a Saturday.

All our flowers are packed in a moisture retaining bag to allow the flowers to drink during transport but due to their nature they will require 24 hours after delivery in fresh water to recover from their journey.

We do not pass any orders on to other florists, we only use our own flowers to ensure the quality of our products.

Complaints Procedure

We hope you are pleased with our service and welcome all comments on how we can improve on varying aspects of our businees.

All complaints should be made to Easy Flower either via our contact page.

We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and investigate the complaint immediatlely. We will keep you fully informed during the investigation and endeavour to resolve all disputes within a few days. If necessay a full refund or exchange will be offered.
